Delivery Information

At Snorlax Sleeps, we take pride in offering a reliable two-man delivery service for our customers. Please note that this service carries a fee of £60, which is applied to all orders. It’s important to understand that this fee is non-profitable and helps us ensure your orders are delivered smoothly.

Here’s what you can expect during the delivery process:

  • Order Confirmation**: After placing your order for your luxurious bed, you will receive an instant confirmation email.
  • Delivery Arrangement**: Within 24 hours of placing your order, a member of our dedicated team will review your order and contact you for a courtesy call to arrange a suitable delivery date.
  • Manufacturing Process**: Once your order is received, it will go through our meticulous manufacturing process. When it’s ready to be dispatched, we will call you the day before your scheduled delivery date to provide you with an accurate delivery time slot.
  • Expert Delivery Team**: On the agreed-upon delivery date, our expert team will deliver your stunning new luxury product to your specified address.

Additional Terms and Conditions

– In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to reasons beyond Snorlax Sleeps or our courier partners’ control, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee of up to £50.

– If you need to postpone your delivery date, we kindly request a minimum of 5 working days’ notice. Failing to provide sufficient notice may result in the inability to change the delivery date or incurring a re-delivery fee.

– Snorlax Sleeps and our courier partners cannot be held responsible for any damages caused to your property during the delivery. The responsibility for property damages or expenses rests with the customer.

– If you decide to change the delivery address after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, a redirection fee of up to £50 may be applied.

– Standard deliveries are available within the UK MAINLAND, with delivery times typically ranging from 3 to 7 days from the point of dispatch. Some items may have longer waiting periods, such as Mirror Beds (3-5 weeks) and certain sofas. Please note that we do not deliver to the following postal areas: HS, KW, IV, AB, PH, PA (SOME PARTS OF PA), DD, EX, TQ, PL, TR, and destinations outside of the UNITED KINGDOM. Delivery attempts are usually made between 6am and 8pm, and any unexpected delays on the delivery day will be communicated by the couriers.

Pricing Errors

We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing on our website. In the event of a pricing error, we will promptly notify you. Please understand that if an incorrect price has been displayed, we are not obligated to provide the goods at the inaccurate price. In such cases, any payment made for the order will be refunded in full using the original payment method.

Deposits are Non-Refundable

Please be aware that deposits made on orders are strictly non-refundable.

Cancellations & Returns Policy

All bed frames, including divan beds, are considered specialist items. These are handcrafted to order, and none of our beds are pre-made or stocked. As such, bed orders are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend customers to check the measurements and assess access constraints before ordering. Any issues with the bed fitting through doorways, up stairs, or within allocated spaces are not the responsibility of Snorlax Sleeps, and any resulting costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not accept returns for sizing or color issues. To ensure you choose the correct color, you can order color swatches from our website before making a purchase.

Upon delivery, please inspect the product for damages or defects within 24 hours. If any issues are found, please contact us at enquiries@companiesshouse.gov.uk within this time frame. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after the 24-hour period.

If you decide to cancel your order, you have a 48-hour cooling-off period during which you can do so. You must provide written or verbal communication within this time frame to cancel. Should you wish to cancel your order after the 48-hour cooling-off period, a 35% fee of your total order value will be applicable.

Please understand that once a mattress is unsealed from its hygiene bag, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
